Training Programs

You will begin by learning basic stances, kicks and punches. Working at your own pace, your body will adjust to regular exercise and you will begin gaining flexibility. Eventually you will be challenged with more and more advanced techniques. You will learn forms, combinations, and self-defense moves and more at every level.

PreSchool / Kindergarten

Approximately 3 to 5 Years

At this young age, Dojo is dedicated to help our young students develop basic skills that both parents and children can be proud of.

Approximately 5 to 10 Years

To aid each student in succeeding in Karate and in school, we show them how focus, dedication and hard work will lead to positive results.

Approximately 10 to 13 Years

These classes will each continue to learn more detailed and skilled versions of one-steps, self-defense movements, combinations and forms.

Approximately 13 Years and Older

At this point we aim for each student to excel in their Karate skills, potentially even participating in local, national or international competitions.

Ground Self-Defense

This program will show our students how to defend themselves if they find themselves on the ground during an altercation.

Master Stormoen received his 5th degree in October of 2014 and thoroughly enjoys teaching students who have such a large passion for Karate that they end up becoming teachers themselves.
